| PSS001168 | Cases were individulas with prevalent CHD was obtained by self-report of a coronary bypass, myocardi... al infarction, or any of the following: coronary angioplasty, balloon angioplasty, atherectomy, stent, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, or percutaneous coronary intervention. CHD information was similarly obtained in LLFS and FamHS; however, CHD was only validated by hospital records in FamHS.
